1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using LinksGuard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

LinksGuard is a SaaS tool that monitors affiliate links for broken or degraded status, tracks clicks via redirect proxies, and provides AI-generated replacement suggestions. The service is provided on a freemium basis — a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro plan.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use LinksGuard to:

• Monitor URLs that you do not own or have permission to access.
• Scrape, spam, or abuse the redirect proxy (/go/) in ways that could harm third-party sites.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.

5. Payments and subscriptions

• Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Link check schedules are best-effort — checks may be delayed by outages, maintenance, or third-party failures. We are not liable for missed checks or undetected broken links.

7. AI-generated content

Replacement suggestions are generated by AI and provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of suggested products. You are responsible for verifying any link before publishing it.

8. Limitation of liability

LinksGuard is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost revenue from undetected broken links.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
